5 DAY INTENSIVE FEB 23 – 27. VITALITY AND CLARITY.
Two practices will be offered each day beginning Monday 23rd February.
7.00 – 8.00am and 5.00 – 6.00pm.
These practices will focus on our energetic system, to make sure we have enough “energy” throughout the day to get “the job done” and have the clarity of mind to continue to move forward with a positive attitude.
Pranayama Workshop
Saturday 7th March 12-2pm.
This workshop will look at pranayama tools and how they are used in a group and individual practice, why and when you might use them. This course is suitable for all yoga teachers, graduates and teachers in training.

Full moon medatitive practice
Agama Yoga Centre is now offering classes on the full moon throughout the year.
These classes will be a ritual medatitive practice to bring clarity and tranquility into our lives while building a firm foundation in order to clear away old habits and move forward with strength and clarity.
