An intensive seminar with Dr Kausthub Desikachar, 29 - 01 April

In this first and ongoing series of seminars, Kausthub Desikachar will present these teachings, taking each sutra word by word in Chapter One and Two of Patanjali's Yoga Sutra, the souce and origin of yoga philosophy. This seminar will interest yoga teachers and practitioners with a genuine interest and experience with the Yoga Sutra's.

YOGA THERAPY MASTER CLASSES, 2 - 3 April

DIABETES, ANXIETY & DEPRESSION

The pathology of these two illnesses will be discussed in detail with the approach of understanding it from the traditional perspective of Yoga and Ayurveda. The approach of individualized yoga therapy practice to aid the subjects suffering from these illness.

These classes are open to registered KHYF Yoga Teachers and Therapists, however medical and other health care providers with a genuine interest in Yoga's approach will be considered.
